~~~~~Our Vision ~~~~~
Jeremiah 29:11
Unearthing gems of hope for hurting hearts.
From Dust 2 Diamonds
   They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed.
   This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.
  The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
  Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
                                            Psalm 34:5-6, 18-19 (NASB)
From Dust 2 Diamonds authors, Nancy Faltermeier and Kelly Sumner.
      It is our vision this website, along with our books, will become a place of encouragement and hope for you during the hard and difficult times of life. While we have written about infertility and adoption, and trials in general, we are engaged in other projects that will address other hurtles of life in a more specific way.
     We encourage you to follow us on our blogs where we write about other topics like serious illness, raising special needs children, writing and homeschooling/educational tips, even weight-loss trials, etc. But the main thread through it all, is how to keep the faith when God doesn’t seem present in our lives.
     On the lighter side, both of us write in more than one genre. We have a heart for the young adult community and each of us are presently working on fantasy trilogies and hope to impart the reality of His work within us through the analogy of diamonds.
     While we don’t have all the answers, what the Lord has so graciously given to us, we will give to you. We have learned, “in this life we will have tribulation but He overcomes the world.” The Lord uses our hard times to mold and shape us into glorious diamonds that will reflect His radiance to the world.
          Radiant in His light,
          Nancy, the DiamondLight Kindler
          Kelly, the FireDiamond Igniter.
For I know the plans
that I have for you,
declares the Lord,
plans for welfare
and not for calamity
to give you a future
and a hope.
